Below is the Balance & Bliss signature meditation series from Lauren that includes 3 individual meditations that can be done on their own or all together. These meditations are aimed to help clear an active mind, ease racing thoughts, bring balance back into the body, help you feel more connected, and bring about feelings of ease and bliss.

Meditation 01: Purify & Balance
A meditation that helps purify the energy channels of the body while bringing balance to the left and right channels of the body with Alternate Nostril Breathing or Nadi Shodana. Benefits include: ease raising thoughts, release accumulated emotions, increase in focus, and bring overall energy back into alignment.
Meditation 02: Clearing & Cleansing
This meditation will help release anxiety, frustration or anger, calm the mind, and soothes the heart and gut. Through a Brahmari Breath, or Humming Bee Breath, the humming sound of the breath and vibration this creates in the throat and heart, we can drown out endless mental loops and create more coherence and connection between the mind, heart and body.
Meditation 03: Uplift & Create Change
This meditation, known as Kirtan Kriya, will help uplift your energy and awaken this ability to create change in your life and become exactly who you are meant to be. By singing, or chanting, the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma, with specific hand movements or mudras, we can create a transformational affect in the brain and body.
